Registration: Students interested in becoming a Certified Nurse Assistant, Medical Assistant, Dental Assistant or Phlebotomist must complete the pre-registration form and tuition deposit. Classes will be filled on a first come first served basis.
- A non-refundable $50.00 application fee and $500.00 non-refundable tuition deposit is required with registration form
