Description
If you are struggling with the physical and mental changes that perimenopause and menopause can bring, you are not alone. This gentle, all levels class provides a nuturing, non-competitive environment to explore the mind/body/spirit benefits of yoga. You will pracice postures to help maintain and increase bone density, muscle strength, cardiovaxcular health, balance, and flexibility, breathe work and meditation technique will also be introduced to help manage anxiety, stress, irritability, brain fog, insomnia and hot flashes.
