Description
Interested in starting a meditation practie but don't know where to begin? Have you tried meditating but feel like you're not "doing it right" or can't seem to do it consistently? In this 4-week course, we'll explore different meditation techniques including breath awareness, mindfulness, body scan, guided visualization, walking and loving kindness. Each class will begin with gentle stretching to prepare the body for meditation.
