Description

This course is for amateur radio operators holding a Technician Class License who wish to upgrade their license to the General Class, which grants more on-air privileges and opens the world of global DX contacts on the HF bands. With Solar Cycle 25 nearing its peak, this is a great time to  upgrade.

Prerequisite - enrollees should have earned their Technician Class license.

The material cost paid to the instructor on the first night of class is $25.00.

The first class will be on February 25, 2025 and the course will run for the following 10 weeks culminating in a Volunteer Exam session on April 29.

Additional Notes

A $25.00 supply fee (cash or check) to the instructor on the first day of class for textbook.
