State Registered Certified Nurse Assistant Program

Class Begins:            Tuesday, September 2, 2025

Approx. End Date:    Thursday, January 22, 2026

Meeting Times:         Tuesday and Thursday 5pm-8:30pm

Locations:                 Sheehan High School for classroom study.  Masonic Hospital for clinical practice

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE:

• Background screening (Approx $80)
• A physical exam with a TB skin test (PPD Test) and/or Quanteferon Gold Test.  Our form, Your Doctor.
• Scrubs uniforms
• Current flu shot
• Covid vaccination
• Watch with a second hand

During clinical training, in class, you will be asked to play the role of a patient.

STATE TESTING:
To be eligible for the state test you must pass the course with a 75% or better average and pass all the clinical skills.  CT State Test is taken after graduation and is MANDATORY if you recieve funds from Workforce Alliance.

              $2,095 Tuition Fee/$1,995 for Family Caregiver

              $70 Book Fee

              $80 Background Screening
