Description

This course provides critical guidance for anyone interested in taking an extended backpack trip.  The in-person setting is a valuable way to supplement information from hiking organizations and other contributors.  Topics will include planning, physical conditioning, gear consideration, health and safety, and many other topics that relate to long treks.  This information will aide hikers in experiencing  a safe, fun and satisfying journey.
