Join us for a hands on culinary journey as we uncover the secrets to making Struffoli, the sweet, golden centerpiece of every traditional Neapolitan Christmas table.  More than just a dessert, Struffoli is a sweet masterpiece made of history, honey, and holiday cheer.  Even  though they are the undisputed kings of Neapolitan Christmas tables today, Struffoli were not born in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius.  Their history is a fascinating journey made of cultural exchanges, trade routes, and convent secrets.   A $10 supply fee is due to the instructor on the night of class.
