Ever wonder what smudging is all about- and how to do it respectfully and effectively?  This class offers a clear and thoughful introduction to smudging.  You will learn the background, tools, and steps involved to approcah the practice with understanding, intention and respect.  Discover how to perform smudging for yourself, others, objects and spaces.  You will leave feeling informed, grounded, and confident in how to incorporate smoke cleansing into your spiritual practice.
