Description

This is a beginner self-defense class, for first-time learners.

Class will consist of stretching, punching and kicking a punching bag, and learning to defend against various types of attacks such as: front choke, back choke, and wrist grab. Also students will be taught awareness of their surroundings and how to avoid potentially dangerous situations.
