This program is presented by a SCORE Certified Business Mentor and is targeted to the entrepreneur planning to start a small business.  It covers the fundamentals that every entrepreneur should know, regardless of the type of business involved, including:

• Planning for the start-up, including the creation of the Business Plan
• Fundamentals of financial management, including the key financial reports with which the owner should be familiar
• Legal considerations, including the various options for incorporation vs sole proprietorship
• Insurance coverage for small buisnesses
