Description

Join our comprehensive and up-to-date boating & PWC certification course, which brings you "Current" in the baoting world. Completed in just one 8-hour day.  Two 5-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break is provided during the course.  In this class, you will learn all the necessary skills, including the latest requirements for towing skiers and tubers. Operational skills & rquired safety equipment on board of boats, sailboats, PW's (jet-skies), even kayak and canoe usage is overed.

Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to obtain a Connecticut Certificate of Personal Watercraft Operation(CPWO) with Safe Waterski Endorsement.  This certification allows you to operate any recreational vessel up to 65 feet in length, with certain age restrictions for younger operators. We provide all course materials including a textboor, law book and pen.

Our classroom format is designed to be easy to understand for students aged 10 and above. Minor children should attend with a parent or guardian.

PRIOR TO TAKING THIS CLASS each student should create an account online at https://www.ct.wildlifelicense.com/internetsales. Create an account if you don't already have one, and then print the page that includes your Conservation ID number and bring it to class. After we have recorded your test score in the DEEP system, you can use your account to purchase and print the certificate.  Be "Current" on the water and learn from the boating professionals!

Additional Notes

We suggest bring a notepad or tablet for taking notes and snack/ lunch to class. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Bring your Conservation ID number to class.
